Boreal - Soda Springs - Woodward Tahoe

As part of our Play Forever commitment, BRC is focused on improving the well-being of the Tahoe-Truckee community through philanthropy and volunteerism. As part of Play Forever, BRC supports three causes – local relief, participation, and environment – in our local community. Each season we donate generously to a diverse group of local charitable organizations. Non-IRS verified tax ID requests will be denied.

We accept donation requests for winter products from Oct. 1st - Mar. 31st, and summer products from Apr. 1st - Sept, 30th. Please keep in mind the date of your event, as lift tickets can only be donated for our current season. Monetary donations are reviewed seasonally, and provided on Giving Tuesday. 

Summer Camp Scholarships are accepted between Mar. 1st - May 1st. Our committee will review the applications, and you will recieve a response by May 15th. Our goal is to help assist as many families as possible enjoy the experience of camp, and the applications help ensure everyone gets a fair and equal opportunity, You can apply for financial aid to camp by clicking here. 

Our Play Forever team meets on a bi-weekly basis, and reviews these requests based off the date of your event. All organizations will receive a response within one month of the event date regardless of whether the request is approved or not. Request may be auto-rejected if the Tax ID is not validated upon submission. If your rejection comes immediately, please verify the Tax ID was entered correctly and is valid.
